Celebrate Easter with Brunch at the Monarch Club
Sunday, April 5th | 10AM - 2PM | Adelina's Bistro

Reservations available at OpenTable.com
Please note: Each seating is for a maximum of two hours at the restaurant.

Members and Guests will enjoy a buffet of brunch specialties including a live carving station featuring Herb Roasted Prime Rib of Beef

Hot Station with: Made-to-order Omelet and Egg station, Eggs Benedict, Honey-Brown Sugar-Cured Ham, Biscuits and Gravy, Hash Brown Patty, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Country Sausage Patties, Macadamia crusted Mahi-Mahi with Papaya Buerre Blanc, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
Malted Belgian Waffle Station with fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, Whipped Butter, Chocolate Chips and Whipped Cream.

Cold Station with: Spring Pea and Shrimp Salad, House Bistro Green Salad, Roasted Beet Salad, Fresh Fruit, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon, Capers, Red Onion and Bagels.

Brunch also includes access to a dessert station featuring: Lemon and assorted bars, Lemon and Cream Shortcake, Petit Fors, Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake. Yumm!!

Adelina's Bistro will also be featuring beverage specials.

This special event is open to Members, Guests and the public $70 for Adults, 
$32.50 for children ages 4-12 years old.

Reservations can be directly at Opentable.com. The Concierge Desk is happy to make reservations on Opentable.com for you. Payment for this event is due at the time of service on April 5, 2026, and not required to reserve your party. 

Although the main dining room is reserved for reservations only, the Adelina's Bistro Bar will be hoppin' as seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for walk-ins!

Kicking off Memorial Day weekend, we’re excited to launch our Poolside food and beverage service on weekends from
12PM - 3PM! We'll be serving refreshing drinks and delicious food right at your lounge chair, ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy a perfect day by the pool.

Our team is excited to provide you with seamless service, making your poolside experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

We can't wait to soak up the sun with you all. Meet us at the pool!

Spring Vintner's Festival

The Versatility of Blueberries
When it comes to versatility, few foods can rival the blueberry. Though small in size, these berries are bursting with flavor, sweetness, and a wealth of nutritional benefits hidden beneath their vibrant blue skin. Blueberry Origins and Production
Blueberries are indigenous to North America, Scandinavia, and parts of Asia. The United States stands as the largest producer of blueberries globally, yielding nearly 600 million pounds each year! Remarkably, 95% of the world’s blueberries originate from North America. Interestingly, people have been enjoying blueberries for over 13,000 years. Additionally, a single blueberry bush can yield as many as 6,000 blueberries annually.

Bonus Fact: Blueberries are one of the few foods that naturally display a blue color. This unique hue is due to a pigment called anthocyanin, which also contributes to the impressive health benefits of blueberries.
