With rotating artists each week, there is always something new to discover. Music begins at 4PM and event seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our Ahi Crunch Salad is a favorite among our guests at Adelina's. This delightful dish includes blackened ahi, artisan baby lettuces, Asian slaw, cilantro, wonton crisps, green onions, chiffonade nori, and a sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds, all tossed in a sesame ginger vinaigrette. Be sure to give it a try during your next visit!

Adelina's Bistro is open for Lunch Wednesday - Sunday starting at 11AM. Reservations are not necessary.

FUN FOOD FACT OF THE WEEK

Are you a grapefruit enthusiast? These scrumptious fruits flourish on trees that can reach heights of up to 45 feet and thrive in subtropical climates. Florida leads the way as the top producer, supplying 60% of the nation’s grapefruits, with California and Texas following closely behind. Thanks to its ideal climate, soil, and diverse land resources, California is able to cultivate grapefruits throughout the year, unlike most other states, which can only produce them seasonally. California grapefruit season generally runs from January through August, with peak sweetness and availability often hitting in the spring.

The term “grapefruit” was coined by Jamaicans because the fruit grows in clusters resembling grapes. Grapefruits are a powerhouse of nutrition, rich in vitamin C and fiber. Just one half of a grapefruit provides 6 grams of fiber and meets the total daily requirement of vitamin C for your body. In the United States, more than 20 varieties of grapefruit are cultivated, and they can be found in white, pink, or red hues.

Bonus Fact: Did you know that the grapefruit is a hybrid fruit? It was developed by crossbreeding a pomelo with an orange.
