Community Reminder: Keeping Parking Safe & Smooth at Trilogy at Monarch Dunes
Greetings Trilogy at Monarch Dunes Members,
As part of our ongoing efforts to keep the community safe, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone, Management would like to share a friendly reminder about parking guidelines within the neighborhood. A few simple practices go a long way in helping maintain clear streets, protecting property, and ensuring emergency and maintenance access when needed.
Here are a few key reminders to keep in mind:
• Short-Term Vehicle Parking: Recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, and vans designed to carry 10 or more passengers are welcome for short-term use (such as loading and unloading), but may not remain in the community for more than 24 hours.
• Proper Parking Direction: For safety and visibility, all vehicles must be parked in the direction of traffic flow. Parking in the wrong direction, or on sidewalks and driveway approaches, is not permitted.
• Street Sweeping Access: Please be mindful of scheduled street sweeping days and avoid parking in a way that prevents sweepers from doing their job. Keeping streets clean benefits everyone!
• No Overnight Living in Vehicles: Camping or overnight stays in any vehicle—including RVs, cars, vans, trailers—is not allowed within the community.
• Overnight Street Parking: Street parking is not permitted between the hours of 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. The only exception is for recreational vehicles during their 24-hour loading/unloading window.
If you’re expecting guests and anticipate the need for street parking, we kindly ask that you notify the HOA in advance so we can help accommodate your needs.

Frankie is the Lifestyle Coordinator. She creates fun, engaging experiences that bring our community together. From planning lifestyle events for all ages and booking live bands for our popular dance nights to coordinating with vendors, organizing event logistics, and decorating spaces to create memorable atmospheres, no two days are the same. Whether you have an idea for a new activity, entertainment you'd love to see, or suggestions for future events, my door is always open.
Noelle is the Lead Concierge and Charter Club Manager, serving as a central resource for residents by providing exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and seamless communication. She oversees the daily operations of the Concierge Desk and Charter Club program while fostering resident engagement through club support, community events, and meaningful experiences that enhance the Trilogy lifestyle.
Mary, the Event Coordinator, will bring your private event vision to life through thoughtful planning, creative direction, and impeccable execution. From concept to completion, she will mastermind every detail and orchestrate the logistics down to the very last minute. As a visionary designer, agile problem solver, and gracious host, she handles the behind-the-scenes magic so you can relax, be fully present, and simply enjoy your event as a guest. |
